Castle Consulting Services, Inc. utilizes every possible course of action to identify and secure top talents.
Phase 1 – Define the requirements needed to fill the position.
Upon definition, our team prepares a written job specification for client approval and circulation to potential candidates.
Phase 2 – Develop a research strategy to locate potential candidates.
Our strategy will involve some or all of the following: industry networking, contacting competitive companies leveraging social media, and utilizing proprietary databases
Phase 3 – Select and present only the most qualified candidates.
We’ll present, in writing, only those talents specific to your requirements. All candidates are screened multiple times by our team.
Phase 4 – Schedule and prepare candidates for client interviews.
We handle the logistics and follow through with both candidate and client to keep the process on track, ensuring both parties remain engaged in the process and the process moves forward in a timely fashion.
Phase 5 – Secure references from final candidates prior to offer
If required, castle consulting service Inc. will summarize references in writing to the client.
Phase 6 – Negotiate candidate offer, acceptance, and committed start date.
